American actress Jennifer Aspen was born on October 9, 1973 in Richmond, Virginia. She moved to Los Angeles and studied at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. It was there she received her degree in Theater.

Jennifer Aspen rose to fame by appearing in a number of shows during the late 1990s. She was seen on Beverly Hills 90210, Married...with Children, and Hope & Gloria. She also starred in Weird Science and A Very Brady Sequel in 1996. However, it was her role as Daphne Jablonsky in Fox's Party of Five that catapulted her to fame. On the big screen, she was seen on Vanilla Sky in 2001. However, she had several guest spots on shows like Will & Grace, Friends, The King of Queens, and CSI. She also became known for playing Trina Hamilton in the ABC family comedy Rodney. Later on, she appeared on shows like Glee, Bleep My Dad Says, Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy. In 2012, she booked the role of Sharon Peacham in the ABC dramedy Good Christian Belles or GCB.
