Biography

American actor Eric Sheffer Stevens was born on June 19, 1975 and rose to fame for playing Dr. Reid Oliver on the soap opera As The World Turns. He was also seen on One Life to Live and other television series. These include Numb3rs, Law & Order, and The Big C. He later got cast as Matt on the comedy I Hate My Teenage Daughter in 2011.

On the big screen, Eric Sheffer Stevens got his first part on The Dig. In 2008, he was seen on the films Dream Date and Bittersweet. He became known for his performance on Julie & Julia and 2010’s Multiple Sarcasms. He also worked on the stage, appearing on the Broadway productions The Coast of Utopia and King Lear. She also starred in productions of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet and Much Ado About Nothing.
