Best known for being the middle son of the memorable family of the iconic 1970s series The Brady Bunch, Christopher Knight
was born on November 7, 1957. Despite such a wonderful start to his career, however, he did not pursue a lot of acting after his stint with the sitcom. He only did several guest appearances on other shows. In fact, in 1988, he pursued a career in information technology and computers. He was good at it, too. Entering the industry as an account sales manager at Martec Inc, he registered the company's first million dollar order after less than two years on the job.
Such acumen in the information technology industry proved almost miraculous for Knight as he was able to boost revenue for almost all the companies he entered after Martec. For instance, after becoming a sales vice president at the hardware company Adesso for four months, the company's sales doubled.
In 2005, Knight was cast in VH1 show The Surreal Life
season 4. The show features celebrities who are said to be past their primes and puts them in a Hollywood Hills mansion for two weeks. As if this is not enough, unforgiving cameras also follow their every move. The challenges for this season include the cast starring in their own kung-fu movie and riding horses. Knight figured in what would turn out to be one of the season's more popular highlights. The days they spent in the mansion brewed a romance between Knight and model Adrianne Curry
. I n one of the last few episodes, they even got naked together. However, up to the end, questions were raised if what they had was the real thing. Still, his and Curry's coupling was such a hit that it spawned a spin-off My Fair Brady
, which followed the new couple a year after their meeting in the house.
