Designer Althea Harper comes from Dayton, Ohio and is best known for being the runner-up of Project Runway season 6. She was educated at Oakwood High School and the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program. She has also worked with Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood while staying in London. To pursue her passion for designing clothes, she continued studying at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. Since earning fame from the reality series, she worked as a knitwear designer for Tory Burch. She also launched her own collection and has even dressed stars like Kourtney and Kim Kardashian. In 2012, Althea became one of the contestants of Project Runway All Stars season 2.
