Aaron Altscher was nicknamed "The Adapter" during his time on The Apprentice. The Community Sales Manager grew up in Columbia, MD and attended the University of Mary Washington. There, he earned All-conference and All-region NCAA baseball honors and a degree in business administration. He completed his M.B.A. in project management and soon began working as a community sales manager. He managed sales and marketing operations for a Fortune 150 homebuilder at the time.
He then became a contestant on The Apprentice Season 6. He claimed that he should be the next Apprentice because of his "passion for real estate along with his personal integrity, resilience and humility." During the fifth episode of the show, he was chosen as project manager for his team. He didn't utilize his skills that well, as he was fired later on for his poor performance. Since he left, he started Altscher Consulting, an IT and online marketing firm. Later on, he started Endurance Media which a buys, builds, and sells popular internet properties.
