Sixty years old and "The Mentalist" makes my all-time top- ten favorite shows. Not in any special order, Northern Exposure, All in the Family, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Ed Sullivan, The Brotherhood of Poland New Hampshire(I literally cried when CBS suc!$#!#bed to political correctness), Ed, Sisters, The Young and the Restless, and the brilliantly written and superb understated acting of The Mentalist. I guess you might be correct-I need a life!

My list would include Route 66, The Fugitive, Gunsmoke, Rawhide, The Smothers Brothers, Star Trek, The Twilight Zone, Alfred Hitch!$#!# Presents, the early Waltons and the early Cosby shows. More recently Dark Angel, The Defenders, My name is Earl, Law and Order with Lenny and the black guy, the British Top Gear, The Closer, and Bugs Bunny, Popeye and Tom and Jerry cartoons. Although I do enjoy the Simpsons and South Park.
