Hello. I have a natural athletic body build. After having 3 kids I have gotton a little loose around the waist. I go to the gym each and every morning and pound out the tredmil 30 min 2.5 incline and 5.0 speed. I have loss a great deal of un wated fat but... I"m still not satisfied. What else can I do besides sit ups, crunches, or any other floor, back straining excerises? and when is your work out video comming out?
