She gets home from their night club, The Lab, and she underdresses, gets into bed with Booth. They kiss and begin to make love. The camera shots to the clock and the time is 4:47 am. Now fast forward to Esp Hole in the Heart. Bones is staying at Booth's apartment and she goes into Booth bedroom because she can not sleep and is upset. Booth knows she need to be comforted and he puts his arms around her and pulls her to him. They both are laying down, Booth kisses Bones very lightly on the head and the camera shot over to the clock showing the time 4:47. Remember in the coma-dream Bones tells Booth she is expecting. So 4:47 is like a dream coming true but not without any further problems. That is the date and time the baby was made.
