Lately, the Zoey 101 star
Jamie Lynn Spears has been shying away from the camera after reports of her pregnancy and supposed marriage to the father of her unborn child, 18-year-old Casey Aldridge. However, the press has not stopped following her around as she has often been seen hanging out with friends and family, or shopping for baby items with big sister Britney.
In fact, a recent sighting of the Spears sisters at Petit Tresor in Los Angeles revealed the two shopping for blue colored baby items such as pajamas, organic blankets and towels, implying that Jamie Lynn may be carrying a boy. However, Britney was quick to cover up, saying that they were shopping for her two boys.
Just last Thursday, Jamie Lynn was spotted heading to Babies R Us to register for gifts. Accompanied by her cousin, the
Zoey 101 star, who turns 17 tomorrow, drove from her home in Kentwood, Louisiana, to Baton Rouge to browse for items to register. In fact, their arrival at the store was pre-announced, as a source told People Magazine that "somebody called ahead to say they were coming in."
There, Jamie Lynn picked out some items including a $1.49 teething ring, $300-worth car seat, an ultrasound frame, a Cookie Monster bath towel and a Baby Neptune Ocean Gym. Careful not to pick any gender-specific colors, she opted for a sage-green terry cloth changing-pad covers and receiving blankets with Winnie the Pooh and Tigger prints.
Casey Aldridge was listed as Jamie Lynn's co-registrant, and the date of the event was set for July 10. Jamie Lynn included a message saying, "Thank you for supporting us during this special time."

Chasing Zoey, and will be airing on Friday, May 2. Nickelodeon has already released a promo trailer for the TV movie, which concludes the fourth and final season of
Zoey 101.
Chasing Zoey promises the resolution to Zoey and Chase's long-running love story, set in a romantic prom night.
