While promoting High School Musical 3
, Vanessa Hudgens made a stop at Access Hollywood to chat with Shaun Robinson. When asked if she had found any guidance from other celebrities regarding fame, Hudgens answered, “I was actually talking to Tom Cruise. He was so sweet and such a nice guy… just telling me there isn’t much that you can do, it’s just part of your life now, so you have to accept it.” Though she may just have to accept it, she’s not going down without a fight. Hudgens suggested to Access Hollywood that she’d like to see the paparazzi banned. “It’s an annoying part of being a celebrity, so I’d ban it all together,” she said.
Hudgens first met Tom Cruise when she attended the Spice Girls reunion concert. With her VIP status, she ran right into Cruise’s pal and band member Victoria Beckham. “Victoria was like, ‘You know Tom and Kate, don’t you?’ And I’m like, ‘No!’” Vanessa dished. “And I got to talk to them, they are all really great people.” The High School Musical 3
star had nothing but praise for the scientologist, saying that she looked up to him and called him “an amazing guy”.
Do not board the spaceship, Vanessa. We repeat: DO NOT board the spaceship.
