The 16-member teams of The Voice season 3 are set and now it's time for the Battle Rounds to begin. Each coach will have one singer making it to the finale, and while there is an option to steal battle losers from other teams this year, it's never too early to try to predict who will win.

Showdown: Vote for Your Favorite from Team Cee Lo>>

You might think a lady lover like Cee Lo would stack his team with fine-looking women, but in reality he only has five females on his team and 11 guys. Most of his singers are in their 20s with a few exceptions, like 40-year-old Mycle Wastman and some seriously talented teenagers like Avery Wilson and Trevin Hunte.

So who has what it takes to go all the way and possibly be Cee Lo Green's first champion? Here are my top picks.

Frontrunner: Avery Wilson

I ranked him as my top blind audition and I stand by that. He was an incredibly talented singer and comes from a family of dancers, so he knows how to put on a great show. The sky's the limit with this 16-year-old, and by "sky," I mean the finale. He's also the only four-button singer on Cee Lo's team.

Strong Contenders: Trevin Hunte and J.R. Aquino

Trevin is the ultimate inspiring story, a kid from an impoverished neighborhood who was told by his teachers he wouldn't make it as a singer. His triumph, and impossibly mature voice, could take him far. Also, never underestimate the Internet, and Aquino is an established YouTube star whose followers could help propel him far.

The Unknown: Ben Taub

One of three singers who didn't get full auditions, Taub is a good-looking young guy with great showmanship (from what I can tell in the brief snippet of "Feeling Good" we saw him perform).

What do you think of Team Cee Lo? Do you agree that Avery Wilson has the best chance to win out of the group of 16? Or did I overlook a singer who will steal the show?
