Uhh ... What? 'Real Housewives of Miami' Coming Soon, 'Real Housewives of New York' Coming Later
Just as we were all getting ready to settle into another season of The Real Housewives of New York, the rug is being pulled out from under us. Apparently, according to People.com, we'll have to wait until Spring for Real Housewives of New York. We thought it was premiering Feb. 15 but instead, we'll be making way for The Real Housewives of Miami, premiering Feb. 22. The ol' bait and switch!

This will be the third new batch of Housewives in a row that Bravo has introduced to us. And the faces of Miami seem even more pumped and tucked than the ones in Beverly Hills. I'm scared! Have a look for yourself in this video preview of the season:

So wait, another psychic is ruining another dinner party? Another Housewife is taking pole dancing lessons? Someone look for their birth parent so we can have a full set.

Here are the descriptions of the Miami Housewives, from People.com:

Lea Black has a 9-year-old son with her lawyer husband. A strong supporter of President Obama, the Texas-born Housewife is invested in her own charitable endeavors.

Larsa Pippen is married to basketball star Scottie Pippen and was known as the "Hottest NBA wife." A mother of four, Pippen boasts that she's successful at everything she does.

Marysol Patton is a Miami native who runs her own PR firm, the Patton Group. A divorcee, Patton is known for throwing bashes around town and loves to spend time with her mother, Elsa, who considers herself a "seer" and offers spiritual guidance people in town.

Alexia Echevarria is the executive editor of Venue magazine, where she covers fashion and celebrity culture. She lives on Miami Beach with her husband Herman and has two sons from a previous marriage.

Cristy Rice was recently divorced from NBA star Glen Rice. The show will follow her single life as she juggles business (she owns a clothing store) and being a single mom.

Adriana DeMoura-Sidi is fiery and flirtatious and ... newly engaged. Her personality lands her in trouble and the subject of much gossip among the ladies.

So, there is some consolation in the fact that Marysol's mother is like, a witch. Also, TVSquad reports that Miami is adding a drag queen to the expanded ensemble! This goes far beyond Miss Lawrence--my new favorite character, James Davis, goes by Elaine Lancaster when in drag and I think this could very well save the show.

Want to meet the Miami Housewives? Yeah, me too. Here are some Bravotv.com exclusives:

The Housewives love Miami because you can go to the mall and people will be there in bikinis ...?

Adriana is, decidedly, the biggest flirt. Good to know!

"Shocking" things about the Housewives. The most shocking thing, perhaps, is that they have no idea what information is actually "shocking." On second thought, that doesn't shock me.

Finally, here's a clip from the show, of Adriana going on a New York catwalk ... after the fashion show is over. Trust me, it's more interesting than a clip from the show of them cooking.

But seriously, you guys, what is going on? Can you accept these new Miami Housewives into your life? Is this what you've been waiting for? Are you excited for a drag queen to be on RHOM? Are you mad that they're withholding a new season of RHONY from us? Are there a bunch of unseen Real Housewives series locked away somewhere in the Bravo vault? I have so may questions, and none of them are "which Miami Housewife is the biggest flirt?"!
