On the finale of HBO's The No. Ladies' Detective Agency, the ladies fall victim to the Kgale Hill break-ins, causing some problems to the engagement of Precious (Jill Scott) and JLB Matekoni (Lucian Msamati).  Note Mokoti, Precious' ex-husband, is set to return to potentially cause more trouble. There are also some fake diamonds in the midst and Cephas Buthelezei attempts to blackmail, forcing Precious to face her demons before she can move on.

On the last episode of the Botswana-set series, Grace (Anika Noni Rose) had to investigate the behavior of the contestants in a local beauty pageant, while Precious had trouble solving the case of Nandira Patel's mystery boyfriend.  As if that wasn't enough, the Cephas Buthelezi opens a rival agency, intent to force some stiff competition with the ladies.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

The No. Ladies' Detective Agency is the adaptation of Alexander McCall Smith's novel of the same name. Actress and musician Scott plays curvaceous and headstrong Precious, who heads the agency - the first and only female detective agency in Botswana, Rose of the Dream Girls fame appears as fast-typing and witty Grace, who started as secretary and went on to handle cases of her own, and Msamati plays car business owner Matekoni.

The HBO series received generally positive reviews, particularly for Scott's performance.  Yet according to The Times' reviewer said, "The problem is that Precious Ramotswe does not really live in Africa but in a verbal universe that is McCall Smith's own. His dialogue, so natural on the page, turned out to be unutterable, at least by the actors assembled here, who struggled to attain end-of-term play standards."

HBO began airing The No. Ladies' Detective Agency on March 29.  Catch the finale on Sunday May 10 on HBO.
