And then there were three.

For giving the judging panel a "dour and sour" attitude, Jamika bids goodbye to her Next Food Network Star dream as she got the axe on the last episode of the cooking show. Too bad, because with her winning smile, sassy attitude, and yummy-looking dishes, Jamika started off as a fan favorite.

On the upcoming episode, the remaining three finalists lunch with American celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse. They then must create a three-course menu for a group of culinary elite inspired by a screening of upcoming dramedy flick Julie & Julia starring Meryl Streep and Amy Adams. They also must choose on round to demo their course and display their teaching ability before the renowned panel deliberates and eliminate the next finalist en route to the final two.

During last week's Miami Morning show challenge, Jamika failed epicly while BFF Debbie was flawless, and both Melissa and Jeffrey didn't do so bad too. Things went downhill for the Caribbean Queen of Cuisine, when the Next Food Network Star contestants were made to believe that they'd cook a seafood dish only for Bobby Flay substitute different ingredients. This is where Jamika lost it, telling the judges that she was "pissed" and "irritated."

In response, Food Network bigwig Susie Fogelson told her that "for this job, that's not going to work ... you're giving us dour and sour."

In an interview with The Examiner, Jamika said that she wasn't at all surprised at the elimination and sort of blames her honesty for her axing.

"I was not really surprised when I was eliminated. Somebody's gotta go--so it was no shocker to me. As far as the comments I made, I tend to come off that way when I am focused--that does not mean I was upset."
