The Naked Trucker & T-Bone Show is a variety show based on the live comedy show of the same name. It has a live musical comedy format which also contains a combination of live performances and pre-taped segments focusing on stories from the travels of Naked Trucker (Dave Allen) and Gerald "T-Bones" Tibbons (David Koechner).

The outrageous pair consists of a freeloading drifter who's rarely seen without his bottle of sweet wine and a singer-guitar player who embraces his nudity. The whacky comedic veterans bring life to their kooky characters with their cross-country adventures.
