Included in the array of routines are cardio training and targeting the abdomen, as well as the legs and behind. There's also a full-on conditioning and toning of the body, in addition to simply losing all that post-baby weight.

But that isn't the only thing keeping Kendra Wilkinson busy. Aside from her workout video and avoiding the heat surrounding her sex tape, she's also working on a book. Apparently, she's currently writing her memoir called "Sliding Into Home."

As we've seen on E!'s True Hollywood Story, her life has been one crazy, and troublesome, ride. From drugs to suicide attempts, Kendra Wilkinson has a lot to tell. Now that she's gotten involved in a scandalous sex tape, there's even more to add to that book.

But if we're more concerned about the money, then the workout video and the memoir have nothing on Kendra Exposed. It's caused quite a sensation online lately, which certainly won't do justice to Kendra Wilkinson's reputation. Despite feeling sorry for her decisions in the past, the Girls Next Door star still has a long wait ahead of her before this controversy dies down.
