The BuddyTV 'Celebrity Apprentice' Round Table #3
The Celebrity Apprentice aired an epic two hour episode last night and, surprisingly, it turned into the most enjoyable episode of the season.  The focus shifted from the actual task at hand to the plight of one Vincent Pastore, who turned himself into a character from The Sopranos (or the producers of The Apprentice would like you to believe).  A grand espionage/sabotage scheme was concocted by Piers Morgan and carried out by Pastore.  But, as such wild schemes go, things got complicated.  To discuss these Apprentice events, we brought together our third BuddyTV Apprentice Round Table.

Joining us this morning were four The Apprentice: LA alums – Carey Sherrell, Nicole D'Ambrosio, Jenn Hoffman and Derek Arteta.  You can find the full mp3 audio of the Round Table below.

The best part of these Round Tables (for me, at least) is that once the tape starts rolling, all I have to do is just get out of the way.  These four probably could have talked for hours about anything and everything, but we somehow kept it under twenty minutes.

The discussion mostly focused on Vinnie and what he ended up doing last night.  It was noted that everyone on the show was really intensely focused on portraying Pastore as an Italian gangster.  The sheer amount of times that The Sopranos was referred to was staggering, as were the uses of “rat” and “Luca Brasi.”  However, to be fair, Pastore did bring it upon himself by calling himself an Italian and admitting that he was, in fact, a rat.

When we asked for some predictions now, after five weeks of the season, everyone had a different opinion.  I won't say who said what – but Omarosa, Stephen Baldwin, Carol Alt and Nely Galan were all in the conversation.

I can't do the Round Table justice by writing about it.  It's something you're just going to have to listen to.
