'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' Officially Terminated

Any hope fans had that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles would somehow come back for a third season are officially dead.  The FOX upfront presentation where the network revealed its 2009-2010 schedule didn't include Terminator, and now there's no chance of it coming back.

The show's ratings weren't much worse than those of the other Friday night sci-fi series, Dollhouse, which got picked up, but still, there's apparently only room for one poorly-rated sci--fi series with a diehard fan base.
Some fans even thought that this week's premiere of the newest Terminator feature film might inspire FOX to bring the show back thanks to renewed interest in the franchise, but those were also just pipe dreams.

So now fans will be left wondering what happened when John Connor traveled to the future.  That plus this rather hilarious and sweet video star Thomas Dekker posted on YouTube thanking the fans who supported the show and making a late-night phone call to FOX urging them to renew it.

WARNING: This video contains some foul language.

How mad are you that Terminator is dead?
Very mad, I hate FOX
Pretty upset, but I'll get over it
I don't really care either way
Not mad at all, that show sucked
