This week Supernatural
is finally having a wedding, and Sam is
the groom. Fans of the show understand that, even though this makes no
sense since Sam is neither involved with someone nor has there been any
mention of a wedding, Supernatural can still pull off a perfectly
understandably reason for why the wedding will take place.

, the Bride is a character we've met before, which severely limits the pool of options. I haven't read any other spoilers, but here are my top six guesses.Becky
: The Supernatural
super fan, she's obsessed with Chuck Shurley's series of books and we already know she's a Sam Girl who enjoys writing fan fiction. If, somehow, one of her fan fics came to life, that might explain why Sam would marry her.Jessica
: The one true love of Sam's life, she might be dead, but perhaps Lucifer's latest mind trick is to give him the perfect wedding to the girl of his dreams.Ruby/Genevieve
: When Sam and Dean went to the alternate universe where they were Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, Sam learned that he married Genevieve Cortese, the actress who played Ruby. Maybe the brothers go back to the real world and relive Jared's real-life wedding to his real-life wife.Amy
: Despite appearing in just one episode, most of the past few episodes have been about Amy, and we know that she was Sam's first kiss. Much like with Jessica, maybe Lucifer will show Sam what might've been if these two had run away together.Meg
: This demon made an early connection with Sam, but she always seems to come back with a different angle. Somehow her getting married to Sam might help them learn how to defeat the Leviathans.Madison
: This may be a long-shot, but how cool would it be to see the werewolf Sam loved and had to kill once again.
