Under normal circumstances, a Winchester ganking a monster on Supernatural would be perfectly acceptable. But last week when Dean killed Amy, it raised a bunch of red flags, and those issues are going to be address in this week's episode, "Defending Your Life."

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

Sure, Amy was a monster who killed people, but the show made a compelling case for why she should be allowed to live. Dean disagreed and went behind his brother's back to finish the job. This week Dean's guilty conscience catches up with him, in more ways than one.

The episode features the Egyptian god Osiris putting people on trial for the bad things they've done, and as Bobby points out, no one feels guiltier than Sam and Dean. Nearly every single person they've ever cared about is dead and they blame themselves for all of it.

Will Dean be found guilty for his guilt? It seems like he might feel guiltier about lying to Sam than he does for killing Amy. And there are plenty of other skeletons in his closet, most notably Jo, who returns in the episode.

Supernatural airs Friday at 9pm on the CW.
