The success of "Absolute Justice" is bound to spawn more stories about the Justice Society of America on
Smallville, and here it is. Acclaimed comic writer Geoff Johns has revealed to fans that the team really will return to the series and it's sooner than we think. With the show nearing its tenth season, will there be time to squeeze in these guys?

Comics Alliance reports on the several controversial issues recently tackled in the comics business, and one of them is
Smallville.
Eventually, talk shifted to the Justice Society of America and their TV counterparts. Geoff Johns was quoted saying, "They do appear again at the end of season on
Smallville. The hope is for every DC character to appear outside the comic books. Correctly."
If seeing them on our small screens once was truly an amazing experience, imagine watching them return. Even Michael Shanks who plays the JSA's Hawkman admitted how his character will be back to teach Clark a thing or two about the hero business.
Talking to
The Huffington Post back in November, Shanks explained: "The way it's set up there is a strong possibility that there could be more. I don't know where they're going with their season arc, but they certainly set the table. They've left that possibility wide open."
He also mentioned back then that Hawkman could be the key to Clark's ability to fly. Of course, our budding superhero still requires a mentor these days and Shanks' character could be it.

The "forces of Apokolips" is on the tip of fans' tongues and on the writer's Twitter account. Can anyone guess what this dark, dark clue means?
