When an actor has a new film to promote, it's a given that he or she will make the rounds on all the talk shows. But what's even better, at least from an entertainment perspective for us, is to go on Saturday Night Live.

Seth Rogen has a new comedy coming out in May, so he's going to do exactly that this weekend when he hosts the comedy sketch show for the third time, with musical guest Ed Sheeran.

NBC has released a series of promos featuring the comedic actor and SNL cast member Aidy Bryant, who thinks he's phoning it in while filming the promo. "Shut your mouth and do it again," she exclaims. Ooh, ouch!

But things don't really improve from there when the two try their hands at improv, something Seth knows a lot about and should be good at -- but is he?

This is Seth's third time hosting, so he's a pro at all this by now. However, Aidy -- not so much. This is her very first promo, and she's freaked out, trying to give herself some reassuring words, but by the end she ends up breaking one of the big rules when it comes to filming the promos. Later on, she makes everything about her since it's her first time -- and she breaks the rule yet again.

Check out all the promos below, including one in which Seth describes his Neighbors co-star Zac Efron's body -- Aidy is in heaven as he starts going into detail. And if Zac is your kind of guy, then you might be too. You'll also get to hear the Seth Rogen laugh -- but it's not exactly the big, deep laugh you'd expect from him -- and Aidy accusing Seth of bragging about his career, plus much more.

Are you looking forward to seeing Seth Rogan back on SNL? Are you hoping his co-star Zac Efron makes a surprise cameo? And what else are you expecting from his third stint as host?

Saturday Night Live airs Saturdays at 11:35pm on NBC.
