In other news, Poison band member and drummer Rikki Rockett was arrested Monday last week on a rape warrant.  A woman from Mississippi had filed a complaint stating that she was sexually taken advantage of by Rockett at the Silver Star Casino in Philadelphia on September 23, 2007.  She contacted authorities a couple of days following the alleged attack.

Poison had just arrived at Los Angeles International Airport following their concert in New Zealand's Rock2Wellington Festival when Rockett was arrested by the L.A. authorities.  However, he was released the following day as his case was submitted to the district attorney's office for possible grand jury consideration.  Rikki Rockett, whose real name is Richard Allan Ream, is currently waiting for a decision from the Mississippi prosecutors to release him to the state.

No further details about the case have yet been released to the public.  Meanwhile, catch Bret Michaels as he journeys on to find the true love of his life on Rock of Love 2 on VH1.
