The new James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, dominated the box office with one of the highest-grossing November releases of all time.  Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa followed a great opening week with an impressive follow-up run, bringing its total well above one hundred million dollars.  Role Models kept steady, with a nice little second week gross.  High School Musical 3: Senior Year makes the slow march to the one hundred million barrier.  Changeling keeps on garnering steady numbers, despite little promotion and not being in that many theaters.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno is doing all right, though the total gross will likely be viewed as a disappointment for Kevin Smith.  Soul Men is fading away, with it the memory of the late Bernie Mac.  The Secret Life of Bees actually moves up one spot from last week.  Word of mouth must be very good.  Saw V rounds out the top ten with other poorly reviewed horror film The Haunting of Molly Hartley
