'Prison Break' Names Its Assassin

This August, Prison Break will return for its 4th season with a 2 hour season premiere episode. The new season will feature several new characters, who will all become key players in the showdown between Michael and The Company. Michael enlists the help of every friend and foe to take down Susan and her agency, from Sucre to T-Bag. Not to be outdone, Susan enlists the help of a few friends herself, one of them being a deadly assassin who’s just itching to take out Michael and his gang. Today, TV Guide announced that a (perhaps) soon to be former Grey’s Anatomy cast member will join Prison Break as the assassin.

According to the tv mag, Cress Williams will be the one to join Prison Break. On Grey’s Anatomy, he plays Tucker Jones, husband to Dr. Miranda Bailey. On the most recent season of Grey’s, the pair have experienced severe marital problems over her dedication to her job. Tucker felt that Bailey put Seattle Grace before him and their son so he moved out and started dating again. Though Grey’s fans may have been hoping for a happy resolution, it seems Tucker is gone for good and will be trading in the diapers and the SUV for a sniper rifle. Williams has also previously been seen on Veronica Mars, Close To Home, and ER.

Besides Williams, Michael Rapaport will also be joining the show as a government agent on Michael’s side. He has inside information that can help bring The Company down, from the inside out. Still to be cast is a nerdy hacker who also chooses to take Michael’s side. However, his mouth tends to hurt more than it helps and will cause problems for the brothers. Season 4 of Prison Break premieres August 25th at 9pm ET on FOX.
