features auditions in Los Angeles and Austin, Texas. First up, in LA, resident judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy are joined once again by Jesse Tyler Ferguson (from Modern Family
). I think that he should be on at least every other week as he is able to have fun with some off-beat contestants, like the woman who wears a red chicken costume. (Yes, really!)

In Austin, actress Minnie Driver joins the panel. Mary Murphy's hair proves that, as the saying goes, everything is bigger in Texas. The auditions get off to a rousing start with the audition of a self-taught hip hop four-year-old named Anthony.
