Frankie Muniz catapulted to fame as the titular character on the sitcom Malcolm in the Middle.  From 2000 to 2006, he earned several nominations and recognitions from various award-giving bodies for his portrayal of the central role.  As Malcolm Wilkerson, he was the middle child of the family who was considered as the most responsible yet always involved in the tricks and antics of his brothers.  Throughout the show, he was perceived as a gifted student who attempted to reconcile with his desire to lead a normal social life.

After his stint on Malcolm in the Middle, Frankie Muniz provided the voice of Benjamin North in the animated-interactive film Choose Your Own Adventure: The Abominable Snowman.  The movie featured the quest of three siblings to rescue their uncle in the Himalayan region of Nepal, leaving the viewers the option to determine what happens next.  He was also featured on the television program The Fabulous Life Presents: Really Rich Real Estate.

Frankie Muniz’s exposure on Malcolm in the Middle has landed him roles in the big screen.  At present, he has several upcoming movies.  He stars in the comedy Parental Guidance Suggested, a film comprised of sketches focusing on teen sex.

He also stars as the lead character Jake in My Sexiest Year, a romantic comedy about a glamorous model whose kindness is returned 30 years later by a young man whom she inspired.  The movie also includes Harvey Kietel as Zowie, Amber Valletta as Marina, Karolina Kurkova as Pia, Major Mike Russell as Yacht Captain, Dan Levy as Mark, Haylie Duff as Debbie, Ryan Cabrera as Rickie and Rachel Specter as Sue Ryker.

Currently, he is filming The Legend of Secret Pass, an animated movie slated for 2008.  Set in the mountains of the South West, the plot explores Thunderbirds of Indian mythology and an animal refuge of mystical proportions.
