'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' Family Honor the King of Pop
Along with the numerous celebrities gracing the Michael Jackson Memorial, the stars of E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians honored the late legend too.  Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian joined their mother Kris Jenner at the Staples Center on Tuesday to remember the King of Pop.  All four were wearing black ensembles, walking past the paparazzi to attend the event.

Hours after the Jackson family and their close friends gathered for the entertainer's private funeral, everyone flocked Los Angeles for the public memorial service.  While there, Kim Kardashian told Us Weekly that she found it difficult to keep her emotions at bay.

Talking to the publication, the 28-year-old socialite revealed, "It's just really important to be here to support the Jackson family.  My family and I have known them for years, so it's really special to be here for them."

The reality television star was greatly moved when Michael Jackson's 11-year-old daughter, Paris, stepped up on stage.  The scene reminded Kim Kardashian of the time her own dad passed away.  Of course, many know her father, Robert Kardahian, as being the friend and lawyer of O.J. Simpson.

On her Twitter account, Kim revealed: "I spoke at my dad's funeral & it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do.  I was shaking & crying & what Paris did was sooo soooo brave!"

Kim Kardashian went on to sing the praises of the late singer's kids.  "Michael's children were so brave brave 2 stand there on stage & speak to the world about their father."

Also, the entire experience was especially touching for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians celebrity since she was with her family at the time.  Though the other members of the clan weren't present, Kim was truly emotional during the event.  Referring to her sisters and mom, she said: "we all cried & laughed & remembered."
