Lamar Odom, husband of Khloe Kardashian, continues to be a subject of controversy these days even after his DUI arrest. He's reportedly out of rehab and has hired O.J. Simpson 's one-time attorney to represent him.

The 33-year-old basketball player was taken into custody on $15,000 bail on August 30 after failing to complete his field sobriety test but was spotted arriving in a cab at his Calabasas home the following day. According to the L.A. Times, Robert Shapiro, a longtime family friend of the Kardashians family who served alongside Robert Kardashian to represent O.J. Simpson during his 1994 controversial trial that found the football star not guilty of murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman, has been hired by Odom as he is set to go to court on September 27.

Odom, whose driver's license will be suspended for a year because he refused to submit to chemical testing at a police station, checked himself into rehab on Wednesday though according to E!News, he already left the treatment facility just after one day.

Now another source told Us Weekly that Khloe doesn't know where her husband is. "She's just exhausted," the insider said of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. "She doesn't think he went to rehab ... I don't think anyone knows where he is at this point."

Word on the street is that Khloe Kardashian "cut him off" after she confronted Odom about his drug addiction and his affairs with other women. "She said get out, go get help."

Meanwhile, the media continues to dig up stories about Odom's alleged drug addiction. TMZ reports that Odom's dealer had to discontinue supplying drugs to Odom because "Lamar was insatiable... calling incessantly and demanding more and more crack.   His go-to dealer apparently got scared enough to cut Lamar off."
