If you missed self-confessed D-list comedian Kathy Griffin and her sharp tongue, then wait no more, for her very own Bravo reality show Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List returns tonight.  And on the fifth season premiere, the high-strung comedian reportedly rubs shoulders with some of the celebrities that she is fond of, well, talking about.

Kathy Griffin's list of guests this season includes Bette Midler, Lily Tomlin, Suzanne Somers, Rosie O'Donnell, Christina Aguilera, author Jackie Collins and rapper T.I., before his incarceration.  Throughout the show's 10 episodes, these stars will be "mentoring" Griffin on how to climb the alphabet-letter ladder of celebrity notoriety.  More excitingly, Griffin also spends "a day in the hood" with the Rev. Al Sharpton and shares bikini time with Paris Hilton.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

"Basically, they tell me to do the opposite of what I've done in the past," says Griffin, 48, whose My Life on the D-List won multiple Emmy's.  "It's a story of triumph and regret -- triumph for me, regret for them."

On tonight's premiere episode, singer Midler appears, entertaining Griffin in her Las Vegas digs during an extended concert appearance at Caesars Palace, where she good-naturedly suffers the indignity of Griffin's small talk. "When I'm around you, I look like I have class -- which never happens," Griffin can be heard telling Midler. "When you sit down with Bette Midler, you don't want to waste your time with small talk."

She also asks her if her 1990 song Wind Beneath My Wings is about flatulence, in addition to advice on how to get her comedy album a Grammy nomination. Midler proceeds to call Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks.

Last season, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List reeled in an average of 800,000 to 900,000 viewers.   The show debuted in August 2005, with a six-episode season.  Catch its fifth season premiere tonight on Bravo.
