Instead of hearing about public enemy aka reality star Jon Gosselin being out in the town with his new girlfriend, we're finally getting some reports about his ex-wife. The Jon and Kate Plus 8 matriarch was recently spotted clubbing this week, joined by her hair stylist Ted Gibson. It's either they're scouting for some new styles for Kate Gosselin or they just want a bit of fun.
People.com reports that the reality TV mom was at Butter in New York City last Thursday night. She was with Gibson and two security guards, who had dinner with the TLC star.
Kate Gosselin apparently ordered shrimp, a romaine salad and the fish of the day. She then washed it down with a couple glasses of wine, notably Pinot Noir. After her meal, she took a cab to the nightclub Spin.
Obviously, she didn't have her kids with her during this night out. Was it Jon's scheduled daddy time or was it the nanny's? Either way, you just really need to get away from your responsibilities from time to time.

Jon and Kate Plus 8 mother to head out that night to go clubbing. More so while decked in a miniskirt. Still, Ted Gibson admits that she's transforming into quite a head-turner these days, and it's not just because of her reality TV celebrity status.
"From being out with her she is getting much more attention with her new long hair," Kate's hair-guy told
Radar Online. "She is a gorgeous woman, she has a great body, a great personality and great hair and I think she looks amazing."
He added, "Guys who are young are going after her. When we were out guys were checking her out. She doesn't pay any attention to the guys though. Kate is really just concentrating on who she is and the kids."
Apparently, even the children approve of the changes their mom is undergoing. "Her kids love her hair," Gibson went on. "Kate is able to do different things with her hair, now she has versatility."
