Tonight on "Open and Shut" House (Hugh Laurie) and the team treat Julia (guest star Sarah Wayne Callies from Prison Break), who's in an open marriage. She becomes ill during a date with her on-the-side boyfriend, and she puzzles the team not only medically. Her "happy and healthy, yet polygamous" relationship also baffles them, especially Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) and Taub (Peter Jacobson).
