Emily Procter was born on October 8, 1968 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Initially, she wanted to pursue a career in theater but was discouraged by the head of the theater department at her college in East Carolina. Having her own mind and motivation, Emily did it anyway. Her perseverance led her to such films like Breast Men, Jerry Maguire and shows like The New Adventures of Superman and The West Wing. Ultimately, she is part of the popular drama series CSI: Miami as Calleigh Duquesne. Calleigh Duquesne is a ballistics specialist with a degree in physics from Tulane University. She is also known as "Bullet Girl". She is usually friendly with a sunny disposition but when it comes to criminals, she is fiercely serious in putting them behind bars. She is also a firm believer of karma.
