Corbin Bleu as Chad Danforth

Corbin Bleu Reivers, born on February 21, 1989 in Brooklyn, New York, is the son of actor David Reivers. At a young age, he followed his father's footsteps and began his career by modeling before he ventured into acting. In 1996, his family moved to Los Angeles, providing him with more opportunities to hone his acting skills. He began working on a recurring role in the TV series High Incident and as a guest star on ER. He also worked on minor roles in the films Soldier, Family Tree, Mystery Men and Galaxy Quest. In 2004, he finally landed the lead role in the film, Catch That Kid, which led him to accept a role in Flight 29 Down, a drama series. Two years later, Bleu landed a role in the highly successful made-for-TV film by Disney, High School Musical; he also appeared in its sequel High School Musical 2 and will be in the theatrical release High School Musical 3: Senior Year. He was then given his own film, Jump In!, where he starred opposite actress and singer Keke Palmer and his father. He then appeared in the television series Flight 29 Down.

Aside from acting, Bleu is a prolific singer who released his solo album in 2007 entitled "Another Side," which included the carrier single, “Push It To the Limit.”

The Star Scoop talked to Bleu about his success and how he stays grounded despite the fame. He said, "I have really great parents who have constantly kept me grounded my whole life. Am I just going to be this robot or am I going to be a person, that's my job. You have to remember that this is a job; it's not this whole other entity that they try to make it all about being a celebrity. Remember there are people struggling in this world, and you're just lucky enough to be able to get what you have. Stay humble, and remember that it's your job. Accept it graciously, and don't make a big deal of it."
