Gordon Ramsay was born on November 8, 1966 in Johnstone, Scotland. Previously, he worked as a commis chef at the Roxbury House Hotel and managed the kitchen of Wickham Arms. He trained in Paris and opened his own series of restaurants. As a chef specializing in French cuisine, he received numerous awards and recognition. His stature landed him on television programs such as Boiling Point, Beyond Boiling Point, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and The F-Word.
