Apparently, there is so much more to 16-year-old Miley Cyrus
that we don't know about. Since the release of her memoir, Miles to Go
, several stories have been popping up about the star of Disney's Hannah Montana
. There was her relationship with Nick Jonas, the bullying she experienced as a child, and now, this: Miley Cyrus' heart condition.
In Miles to Go
, the teen sensation revealed that she's been suffering from an ailment known as tachycardia, which causes her heart to beat faster than normal. It's not that life-threatening, but it's still not the same as your average case of the jitters.
“The type of tachycardia I have isn't dangerous,” she admitted. “It won't hurt me, but it does bother me. There is never a time onstage when I'm not thinking about my heart.”
She seemed to be thinking about her condition when she was spotted parking in a handicapped spot recently. Cyrus headed to Hollywood's Millions of Milkshakes with her boyfriend, 20-year-old Justin Gaston, just last week. The paparazzi found her car on the slot for the disabled (without the required blue parking tag), and eagerly came up with conclusions regarding the act.
Having cleared things up regarding her heart condition, can Miley say that it's enough justification for what she's done? It may be just another tiny blunder blown out of proportion though. In the end, she still claims she's doing her best in being a wholesome influence to the millions that look up to her.
But Miley might want to read her own words again, and be reminded of what she's in the business for. “I try to be a good role model,” she wrote in Miles to Go
, “and that's why I think it's too bad that lots of people hope to make money off my mistakes.”
With Miles to Go
out on the shelves, there's no doubt more revelations will be exposed to the public. By writing the book, Cyrus is already inviting everyone to follow her every move. And of course, all we can do is to wait and see what she comes up with next.
