Hannah Montana: Miley Cyrus Wants Dolly Parton Party for Birthday, Bans Twitter
November is one month Miley Cyrus has been looking forward to all year long, as she's getting ready to celebrate her birthday.  The Hannah Montana star is preparing to turn 17 on the 23rd, and she's already planning what theme she'll have for the party.

According to Showbiz Spy, the pop music artist revealed that she wants to pay tribute to one of her idols on her special day.  "I really want to do a Dolly Parton themed party for my 17th but it's going to be really cold so I don't want to go to Dollywood because it's going to be freezing," Miley exclaimed.

She also wants her friends to have costumes for the party as well.  "But I want all my friends to come and rent out a place and play all Dolly Parton music and have everyone dress up as their favourite Dolly moment," the Hannah Montana actress declared.

One thing she won't be doing, though, is sending out invitations on Twitter. She caused quite a buzz when she decided to leave the social networking site, but she insists that she's way better off without it. She even hopes everyone else stops using it entirely.

"I am doing so much better now without Twitter," Miley Cyrus explained. "I think Twitter should be banned from this universe. People want to know everything but you need to get out and be healthy and be in the world instead of crouching over a website all the time. "

She added that the Internet isn't going to be that big a part of her life anymore, which will most likely devastate her fans.  Then again, what can they do?  It's Miley's call.

"All I did in my time off was lie in bed on my computer and sit in bed and eat ice cream and just lay there late at night," she said.  "I ended up not living my life and saying things that are really no one else's business.  I'm not really a big fan of the Internet anymore.  I don't really go online anymore."

Too bad for the Miley followers then.  No one's getting any details of her Dolly party on Twitter, but she's okay with that.
