Grimm Season 3 returns on Friday, Jan. 3 with an episode called "Red Menace." Check out the official synopsis and the preview video for a sneak peek at what happens when alliances shift, family comes to visit and new arrival makes its appearance.
Grimm is available on Amazon Prime.
Check out the official synopsis for the episode:
Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) investigate a Wesen "healer" whose ability holds risks that far outweigh its rewards. Meanwhile, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) takes in a friend when domestic issues escalate and Hank makes a move on his physical therapist Zuri (guest star Sharon Leal). Elsewhere, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) finally tracks down Adalind (Claire Coffee) and has a stern warning for her.
From the synopsis, there seems to be a lot going on in this episode. The "healer" being investigated doesn't necessarily sound like a bad person, but we have to wonder what those abilities are that make them dangerous. Juliette helping out a friend in trouble is nice, but judging by the preview video, it looks like Juliette is going to bring herself a lot of trouble. With pretty much everyone else in the group paired up romantically, it's nice that Hank has found someone he likes, but will she be accepting of his other friends and how long can he keep the secret about what he really does? Finally, it will be interesting to see Renard and Adalind reunited again, though it will be even more interesting to finally see her baby.
Check out a sneak peek of the episode below.
Here are a few things we learned from the preview video:
- Allegiances are shifting according to Renard. Anyone else wondering where the captain will end up when all the shifting is over?
- Rosalee's mom comes to visit, but it doesn't exactly look like a warm and fuzzy reunion.
- Juliette has learned how to kick some booty. Sometimes it's good to be romantically involved with a Grimm.
- Adalind's baby is coming?? Either the show jumped ahead in time or that was one of the shortest gestations in history.
