On yesterday's General Hospital, guest arrived for the black and white ball at Wyndemere.  Nikolas proposed to Emily and the two announced their engagement at the ball.  Johnny hit Scott from behind, stole his invitation, and went to the ball in his place in order to get to Lulu.  Elizabeth and Lucky shared a dance, which didn't sit well with Sam.  Anthony made his way through the castle, spying on guests, and getting ready to make his move.

It is 5am at Wyndemere.  Nikolas is lying on the floor and once again, we see that he finds a body next to him.  He cries out in anguish as he crawls over to see if she is okay.  We are taken back eleven hours earlier, now, and the guests are still having a good time, unaware of what is going to come their way very soon.

Robin mentions that she wants Nikolas to father her child.  Talk about bad timing!  Lucky does his best to keep his new girlfriend and ex-wife from killing each other.  Trevor tells Johnny to go home but he knows that his father won't stop until he gets his hands on Lulu.  Ric watches the conversation between Johnny and Trevor.  Leyla worries that she came against her better judgment but admits to Patrick that she's having a great time.  Nikolas turns down Robin's offer for her to be the father of her child and makes a quick exit.

Emily comes outside to find out what the commotion is outside between Sam and Elizabeth.  When she steps in to defend Elizabeth, Nikolas yells at his wife for trashing Lucky.  Elizabeth steps in between them and Emily pulls her away.  Sam takes a minute to talk to Nikolas alone, who doesn't to remember his outburst minutes earlier.  Maxie pulls Johnny onto the dance floor, in hopes of making Coop jealous.  Anthony talks to his dead wife, saying that he has to do this because Johnny doesn't understand what young love will do to him.  He heads into the castle.

Nikolas is upset after realizing that he went off on Emily.  Elizabeth apologizes to Emily for fighting with Sam.  Ric presses his father for answers about Sonny.  Sam and Lucky both apologize to each other for what took place.  Carly takes Jax away from Kate to finish a dance they had started earlier.  When Spinelli finds Nadine dancing with Johnny, Georgie seizes the moment and asks him to dance.  He quickly gets distracted when he notices Lulu dancing with Logan.

Nikolas finds Emily and apologizes to both her and Elizabeth.  When Liz leaves, Nikolas tells Emily to reconsider her agreement to marry him.  Johnny finds Lulu and tells her to go with him.  While waiting for the mysterious text messager, Carly overhears a shouting match between Ric and Alexis over Jerry.  Trevor tries to give Kate warning to leave Wyndemere, but she won't hear of it.

Nikolas stops the ball, letting everyone know that due to the storm, everyone must stay on the island until the following day.  Minutes later, they lose electricity.  Diane tips Jason off that Carly is in grave danger.  Alexis tries to make a call but the phones are dead.  Carly comes face to face with who she thinks has been texting her and points a gun at him.  It's Coop! 

Patrick and Robin have it out (once again) about their relationship.  Nikolas finds Leyla crying and apologizes for the ball not going how she had planned.  Logan confronts Nadine, wondering who she was dancing with.  Spinelli jumps in to push him away.  Sonny shows up at Wyndemere and greets Kate, who is relieved to see him.  Alexis sees something that makes her scream bloody murder!
