On yesterday's General Hospital, Sam delivers the bad news to Spinelli that he didn't sleep with Maxie. Jason goes to see Elizabeth but finds her on the piers with Lucky and the kids. Sonny signs over his business properties to Jason as well as the rights to his children. Jax returns home to face Carly.

Lulu is shocked to find out that Spinelli spent the night with Maxie.  Anthony wants to put a hit on Jason but Johnny tells him not to do it.  Jason stresses out over all the responsibility that Sonny left him with.

Sam tries to build Spinelli up and make him look good in front of Maxie.  Ric steps in and tells Anthony that they should hit Jason now, while he's vulnerable.  Jason tells his employees that he plans on doing things differently and promises to keep the violence to a minimum.  Carly shows Jax the papers that documents that Sonny signed over his rights.

A patient gets short with Elizabeth, saying that he is having problems with his medication.  Lucky observes that many patients have been having issues lately.  Jason's advisor tells him that Sonny didn't do him any favors when he bailed out on the business.  Lucky wants to investigate the medication issue at General Hospital.  Sam throws Spinelli off when she brings him back to her apartment and asks him to take his shirt off. 

Maxie accuses Lulu of being jealous that she's closer to Spinelli now.  Jax goes to Kate's office to talk to her about the issues he's been having with Carly.  Jason looks to start his business over from scratch.  When Carly goes to see him, he tells her that they can't see each other anymore in order to keep her safe.  Sam tells Spinelli that she's going to get him to tone his body and become a hottie.  Maxie tells Lulu that she plans to break up her relationship with Johnny, purely out of spite.

Kate tells Jax that she feels Carly made a mistake by forcing Sonny to give up his children.  Carly tries to convince Jason not to stay away from her and says that they need each other.  Trevor get a call that a Corinthos cargo ship just exploded.  Kate tracks Jax down and asks if the two could put their differences aside in the best interest of their friendship.  Jason demands to know who attacked his cargo and made a move against him.
