It's safe to say that Fringe blows our minds on a regular basis. The show is so creepy, so fascinating and so unexpected that we expect shock and awe from every episode. And Fringe usually delivers.

Fringe is so mind-blowing, in fact, that even a website about Fringe season 4 -- Universes of Fringe -- is enough to amaze and astound us.

Click here to check out Universes of Fringe for yourself right now!
(Then come back and read more. Please!)

What is this Universes of Fringe we speak of? Thanks to a collaboration between the crazy, wonderful people at Warner Bros. and the crazier, truly incredible Fringe fans, there is now a website dedicated to exploring the many, many mysteries of Fringe season 4.

They couldn't have picked a better season. While Fringe has maintained its excellence throughout its four-year (and counting! yay!) run, season 4 pretty much transcended everything that came before. From the non-existence of Peter to the return of William Bell to that glimpse of a dystopian, Observer-controlled future, season 4 showed us just how good television science fiction can be.

Obviously, such an awesome season deserved an equally awesome website.

Instead of your normal TV show website, Universes of Fringe is one of those dynamic, moving-bubble sites that occasionally pop-up on the Internet. And these bubbles are full of information. Show synopses, glyph explanations (and sightings), characters, universe crossovers and more all have their special bubbles.

You may just want to spend some quality time moving all of the bubbles around, only occasionally clicking on one that looks cool. This is OK. That's what I did for many pleasurable minutes upon finding Universes of Fringe.

Once the thrill of the bubbles starts to fade (if it ever does), further clicking on the various links brings you to rather extensive information about all of Fringe season 4. In addition to a filter system (you can filter by "Walter!"), you can view the Fringe bubbles by episode, by topic and by location.

But you can do more too. If you're one of those obsessed, knowledgeable fans, you can contribute to this site as well. A "Post Your Theory" option allows anybody to help build even more bubbles for Universes of Fringe.

Assuming your theory is cool enough to be considered Fringe-worthy, it might just show up on the site.

Will Universes of Fringe exist for season 5? For now, we can only hope. But, if Fringe season 5 proves to be as maddening, complicated and wonderful as season 4, we may just need it.

Fringe season 5 premieres on Friday, September 28 at 9pm on FOX. Fringe season 4 is now available on DVD and Blue-Ray if you need to catch up.
