Connie Britton was born on March 6, 1968 in Boston, Massachusetts. She majored in Asian Studies at Dartmouth College. After graduation, she immediately moved to New York City where she studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse and performed on off-Broadway theaters. Later she had a recurring role in the television series 24 and starred in the indie-thriller The Last Winter. Moreover, she is part of the television show Friday Night Lights as Tami Taylor. Tami Taylor is a guidance counselor at Dillon High and wife of coach Eric Taylor and mother of Julie Taylor.
