Teri Hatcher, star of ABC's
Desperate Housewives, is concerned about the expense involved in digitally editing her "protruding nipples," which are apparently edited to avoid making the show "too suggestive."
"All I know is that the whole first season thousands of dollars were spent digitally erasing my nipples. In real life they're not erased." (Well, duh, Teri.)
Hatcher complains that other ABC shows don't have this problem; only
Desperate Housewives.
"I think
'Grey's Anatomy' gets to have nipples, and I have a little beef to have with the network about that. Then again, they are on at 10 o'clock. In 10 o'clock, you can have nipples. At 9 o'clock, no nipples!"
