Desperate Housewives: Preview of Season 5 Finale
Tonight's Desperate Housewives is doubly exceptional.  For one thing, it's the finale of the series' fifth season, which probably leaves us with another cliffhanger for the next installment.  Another surprise that the series has in store is that tonight's finale is going to be a two-hour special.

For the first hour, the episode titled "Everybody Says Don't" takes the screen.  Though it shares a title with a season 2 episode, it's possible that it's a tentative one for tonight's installment.  Gabrielle (Eva Longoria Parker) isn't pleased when Carlos' (Ricardo Antonio Chavira) family stops by to visit.  What's worse is that they ask the Solises to take Gaby's niece under their wing.

Meanwhile, Lynette (Felicity Huffman) gets upset when Tom (Doug Savant) tells her about his latest "bright idea."  As blackmail hounds Bree (Marcia Cross) when Orson (Kyle MacLachlan) threatens her, Susan (Teri Hatcher) finally decides to accept Dave's (Neal McDonough) "friendly" gesture.

The second half of the finale is known as "If It's Only in Your Head," which will mark the end of Desperate Housewives' fifth year.  Now that Tom has revealed his idea to Lynette, she has no choice but to accept his decision to go back to school.  However, she discovers big news that might make him stay.

After the blackmail fiasco, Orson takes a beating that Bree can't figure out.  As for Gaby, she can't sit back and watch as Carlos' niece Ana moves into their home.  She opposes the decision but there's no stopping her from moving to Wisteria Lane.

Ana isn't the only one who'll be sticking around though.  Danger lurks in the area as Susan and M.J. (Mason Vale Cotton) find themselves in trouble.

Below is a sneak preview of tonight's finale of Desperate Housewives.
