Days of our Lives: June 24 Live Thoughts
Days of our Lives: June 24 Live Thoughts
Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) are back at the DiMera mansion on today's Days of our Lives.  They had developed a scheme on yesterday's Days of our Lives, in which Chloe would report to the police that Paul Hollingsworth was the one who set the warehouse fire to save Philip from taking the rap.  Sami (Alison Sweeney) walks in on their scheming session and snarks at Chloe.  John (Drake Hogestyn) interrupts the bickering and demands to know why Chloe, girlfriend of Philip Kiriakis, is in his house.

Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) meets with the woman he hired to crack the encryption on disc he stole from John.  She wasn't able to crack the code, but she did figure out that the wavelengths on disc look like dormant brainwaves.  Philip is very interested by this and calls Marlena (Deidre Hall) to tell her about it.

Nicole and Ava are scoping for men at the cafe when EJ (James Scott) comes in.  Nicole looks longingly across the room at him, which doesn't escape Ava's attention.  Ava wants to know all that went down between them, and Nicole just says that they just had a really intense makeout session.  Nicole is sad because she just really wants a man to love her.

John tells everyone that Chloe is not welcome in his house.  Lucas will not be welcome either if he continues to invite Chloe over.  Sami wants John to kick EJ out of the house, but John says that EJ is family, so he stays.  Then, John invites Sami out to go grab a snack.  They go to the cafe, and Sami isn't happy to see Nicole there.  Ava approaches John and asks him to join her.  John provides exposition that Marlena is considering filing for divorce, which is news to Sami.

Sami runs out and catches up to EJ.  They argue their same old argument again, and Sami asks him to do the decent thing and move out.  He refuses, of course.

Back at the DiMera mansion, Lucas starts having doubts about Chloe committing perjury to the police.

EJ comes back home with a pastrami sandwich from the pub.  Lucas is all envious, wishing he could just pop over to the pub for a sandwich.  Lucas deduces that EJ won't be moving out, but the two men sort of commiserate about what a difficult woman Sami is to live with.  Lucas tells EJ all about the sordid scheming that Sami has done in the past.

At the gym, Sami asks an incredulous Nicole for a favor.  She wants Nicole to convince EJ to move out of the mansion.  Nicole won't do it, though.  She softens a bit, though, and confesses that EJ is ignoring her and hints about how they almost had sex.  Sami comes home and unleashes her jealous fury over EJ's near-sex with Nicole.  Lucas and EJ retire to the kitchen to finish their chummy conversation about how crazy Sami is.  She gets all bent out of shape.

Nicole sits down with Ava again.  Nicole is conflicted because she knows that EJ and Sami's marriage really is annulled, but she doesn't know what to do with the information.  Ava convinces Nicole to approach John and tell him her secret.  After much hemming and hawing, she finally tells him that EJ and Sami are no longer married and that EJ lied about it.

Marlena very reluctantly agrees to meet with Philip for a moment, but only because Philip says that he has some information about John.  Philip pulls out the disc and says that it might help John regain his memories.  Philip offers to give John the disc, as long as she promises not to tell John that it came from Philip.  She warily promises.

Lexie (Renee Jones) and Abe (James Reynolds) are having a difficult conversation about Theo.  They had brought Theo to a specialist to have him tested, and Lexie recognized Theo's behavior.  Marlena comes over because Theo's doctor suggested that the Carvers might need a friend to talk to.  Abe tries to shoo her away, but Lexie admits that they are not fine.  Lexie tells her that Theo is autistic.

Caroline (Peggy McCay) wants to keep talking to Max (Darin Brooks) about his bio dad, but Max doesn't want to have anything to do with him.  Caroline thinks it's a mistake not to see his bio dad.  She also says that he shouldn't throw away his God-given gift of understanding math and physics.  Max tells her all he knows about how his bio dad abandoned him and his mother.

Next on Days of our Lives: Lexie and Abe fight, Bo asks Daniel about his date, Max wants to have it out with his bio dad once and for all.
