Days of our Lives: February 20 Live Thoughts
Days of our Lives: February 20 Live Thoughts
Although practically everyone else was doin' it on yesterday's Days of our Lives, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) were in too much pain for any Arctic nooky.  They wake up, still mourning Grandpa Shawn's death.  Hope (Kristian Alfonso) wakes up, but Bo is still unconscious.

Marlena (Deidre Hall) and John (Drake Hogestyn) also wake up to the sounds of birds chirping.  Ehh, maybe they are puffins.  All they can talk about is the electric kiss that they shared on yesterday's Days of our Lives.  Marlena offers to kiss him again if that would help bring his memory back.

Belle (Martha Madison) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) wake up, as do Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) and Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson).  Turns out Chloe and Philip didn't go all the way--even though they both so wanted to--because Chloe is still technically married.

Back in Salem, Roman (Josh Taylor) is working the phones to try to locate the missing party.  He finds out that the plane most likely dropped onto Greenland.  Now that it is daylight in Greenland, Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) is anxious to get his own search party going, but Roman wants to let the official rescue teams work.  Still at St. Luke's, Chelsea (Rachel Melvin) thinks the tragedy is all her fault because death follows her around everywhere.

Victor tells Caroline (Peggy McCay) that he's sure that Bo will be just fine because he's a tough kid and he's proud to have him as a son.  Caroline is surprised and impressed that Victor has so many nice things to say about Bo.  Yes, I do believe love is rekindling between them.

Chloe and Philip reluctantly decide to get up and get dressed.  They go through the motions of asking the other not to peek while each one gets dressed.  What?  As if they didn't just spend the whole night lying nekkid next to each other.  Eventually, however, they decide that "whatever happens in Greenland stays in Greenland," and agree to be just friends.  How long is that going to last, pray tell?

Belle and Shawn finally put Belle's mistakes with Philip in their past.  They confess their love to each other once more and promise to stay together as a family, like they were meant to.

Marlena and John snuggle down again.  She asks if he remembers anything about her, and he confesses that he doesn't.  Unfortunately for John, Marlena doesn't want to give it up until he remembers her.  That doesn't go over well with him. but that's too bad because she's keeping her knees closed, thank you very much.  Marlena goes over to help Hope with Bo because Bo is not waking up.  Kayla also tells Marlena that she's worried about her fetus because she's still experiencing cramping and spotting.  John decides to make some breakfast for everyone.  Just then, they hear a helicopter flying in from the west.  John takes out the flare gun and fires it into the air.  The helicopter sees the flare and comes in for a landing as everyone celebrates.

Back in Salem, Abe (James Reynolds) hears news that the flare gun was seen, and everybody gets cautiously hopeful.

Next on Days of our Lives: The travelers are rescued and brought home.  Caroline is anxious to see Grandpa Shawn again, but instead finds an ill Bo.
