While Pamela Anderson objects to the notion that she's too top-heavy to be a contender on Dancing with the Stars, she admits that she has no dancing experience whatsoever either.

"I've never danced in my life," she said on Ellen Degeneres' show. "I've never taken a lesson, but always wanted to and the timing was good. I rehearse when the kids are at school and I'm going to see what happens. It's been a lot of fun."

Her Australian partner Damian Whitewood has defended the Baywatch alum after former Dancing with the Stars champ Apolo Ohno opined that she's too top-heavy to win the ABC show.

Pam says the pair have been rehearsing religiously. Her feet are the "saddest part" of her body, but it's mostly her fault because she wanted shoes higher than the three-inch ones they initially gave her.

"They work better," she says. "I'm the first one to ask for higher heels, I guess. I fall off flat shoes."

"How can you fall off flat shoes?" Ellen asks.

"When I did VIP I had very high shoes and I shot grenade launchers ... I'm used to it."

Damian, who makes his Dancing with the Stars debut this season on Monday, praised his partner for working so hard.

"She's totally committed to it, which is fantastic. For me as a dance teacher, I need the commitment," he says, adding that "I'm from Australia, of course, I knew Baywatch."
