It has been said that this is the best season of
Dancing with the Stars so far, and that is no cliche. From the perspective of scoring alone, this season has yielded more newly minted dance superstars from its celebrity stable than any other. With that in mind, tonight's results show saw the exit of one of the season's best, and surprisingly it was someone who had never been in the bottom two before.

Well, it has been stated that Sabrina already was an established dancer, being a Cheetah girl. I though...
Despite a perfect score yesterday, Melanie Brown was feeling the pressure. She had, after all, felt the heat of the red lights a few weeks back, surprisingly, and sort of predictably survived. Jane Seymour was in the bottom just last week, and took a critical lashing from all the judges this week for putting on too 'young' of a dance.
Seymour was not in attendance due to a case of food poisoning. Poor girl, she's lost her mom, had a fire, and now this. If i were superstitious, I'd say somebody is trying to tell Jane something. But one thing was for sure. It wasn't the voters telling her they didn't want her around, because she was safe. Melanie Brown shouldn't have felt vulnerable after snagging the top spot last night, and for good reason because she was safe as well. Meaning that the bottom two would be making their first appearance under the red, and the eliminee would be in the bottom two for the very first time.
The entertainment to fluff the hour out consisted of an appearance by Barry Manilow and a look inside the new show Dance War that will feature Dancing with the Stars judges Carrie Ann and Bruno putting singing and dancing teams up against each other.
The bottom two was surprising, Sabrina Bryan and Cameron Mathison. The elimination was even more shocking, Sabrina Bryan and Mark Ballas are eliminated. Elimination was always stalking Bryan if you consider her limited celebrity amongst the Dancing with the Stars demographic, but her extraordinary performance capabilities seemed to keep her safe, and the idea of her being eliminated seemed ludicrous, until tonight.
