'Dancing with the Stars' Predictions: Who Will Go Home in Week 3?

Last week former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson became the first to go on Dancing with the Stars season 17. Now another couple must go, and predicting who it will be becomes harder than ever.

The elimination will be based on last week's viewer votes and tonight's scores, so we have absolutely no idea about half the puzzle. Still, it shouldn't be too hard to guess which couples are in the most danger.

Here are my three predictions for which couple will be the second to go on Dancing with the Stars season 17.

Bill Nye and Tyne Stecklein

Last week Bill hurt his knee and had to have an MRI. We still don't know the full effect of the injury, and it's entirely possible that he and Tyne will have to withdraw on Monday night, thus eliminating the need for predictions. And even if he can dance, odds are he'll have the lowest score again by a large margin and could be in danger anyway.

Bill Engvall and Emma Slater

Despite improvements, these two are still the second-lowest scorers left, and with Bill Nye's massive fan base, that could be the end for the blue collar comedian and his new pro partner.

Leah Remini and Tony Dovolani

I'm still thinking these two aren't getting that many votes. I don't really feel a connection with Leah, and others have greater assets. She's not the funniest or biggest personality, nor is she in the top tier of dancers (Amber Riley, Corbin Bleu, Christina Milian, Elizabeth Berkley). She isn't a surprise like Jack Osbourne or Nicole "Snooki Polizzi, sexy like Brant Daugherty or a sentimental favorite like Valerie Harper. She's quite forgettable, which is always dangerous when you need people to vote for you.

My Prediction

I have a feeling Bill Nye will withdraw. His tweets have been few and far between as the best source for info, but he's mentioned a partially torn ligament, a quad tendon at 20 percent and an inability to dance at a wedding he and Tyne attended over the weekend. Those all point to withdrawing, and even if he does dance, I suspect he will be so low on the leaderboard and that some of the novelty may have worn off that he'll go home away.

If this happens, Bill Engvall can thank the Science Guy for giving him an extra week on the show.

Who do you think will go home in week 3 on Dancing with the Stars? Will Leah or one of the Bills go, or is there someone else in danger?
