2017 Creative Arts Emmy Award Winners, Night 1: RuPaul, 'DWTS' and More

The 2017 Emmy Awards are here. Before the primetime ceremony, the two-night Creative Arts Emmys were held to recognize the best technical achievements. On Saturday, the first half of the 2017 Creative Arts Emmys took place, celebrating reality TV and animation. Big categories include Reality Host, Choreography and Animated Program.

RuPaul won his second Emmy in a row for hosting RuPaul's Drag Race, one of three wins for that show. Mandy Moore, who choreographed the Oscar-winning film La La Land, won her first Emmy for Dancing with the Stars in Outstanding Choreography in a tie with So You Think You Can Dance's Travis Wall, who won his second Emmy.
